Collective Bargaining

Collective bargaining is the process in which working people, through their unions, negotiate contracts with their employers to determine their terms of employment, including pay, benefits, hours, leave, job health and safety policies, ways to balance work and family, and more.

Labco assists our members with the process by which trade unions negotiate with employers on behalf of their members in respect of employees’ terms and conditions of employment.  An example of this type of collective bargaining could be about a pay increase  or change in working hours; our experts have vast experience in dealing with Trade Unions and negotiating on behalf of the employer to find an amicable solution to all parties concerned requests or demands.
